Check the Windows

The windows of your house can sometimes have complications due to humidity, making it swell and stuck shut. At first, it may be a simple problem that you can easily just brush off for something more important, but if you just let it stay that way long enough, you might be looking at a huge problem. Most of the time, a window gets stuck shut when it is newly painted, or if the old paint started to humidify, causing it to swell. When this happens, look for evidences of paint seals between the sash and the window frame. To break the seal, push the blade of a stiff putty knife or paint scraper into the joint, cutting straight into the paint. If necessary, lightly tap the knife with a hammer to force the blade in. If your window was painted on the outside, repeat the procedure to break the seal on the outside. Remember, like car rain guards, you need to protect your house windows from any possible problems because if the time comes that the weather does not become friendly, you can easily adjust the atmosphere within your house to see to it that every one inside are comfortably living
